The Air Quality Index (AQI) has climbed above 201, placing air quality in the “Very Unhealthy” category.
Fine particles from wildfire smoke can cause shortness of breath, coughing, dizziness, and fatigue. They can also worsen heart and lung diseases, along with other chronic health conditions.
The cause is the same as it was three years ago: wildfires in Canada.
